While we do our best to watch out for these during processing, Handwrytten is not responsible for the following items included in client submissions:
- Spelling, grammar, or content errors in customer-submitted text. We may flag noticeable issues when possible, but proofreading is the responsibility of the sender.
- Incorrect or incomplete recipient and return address details provided by the customer.
- Handwrytten is not liable for any issues or delays resulting from customer data that is incomplete, inaccurate, or improperly formatted.

Handwrytten cannot be held liable for lost, stolen, or delayed mail once it has been handed off to the United States Postal Service. Our cards are sent via standard first-class mail, which does not include tracking.
