If you’re not completely satisfied with your notes or our service, contact us within 90 days after purchase. We’ll refund eligible orders in accordance with this guarantee. Cookie mailers returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated recipient address supplied by the customer are not eligible for a refund, as explained below.

- Provide high-quality printing on premium stock following card design specifications.
- Write beautiful, authentic-looking notes in pen.
- Mail standard orders in a timely manner within 1 business day of your selected send date.
- Match each card with the correct envelope and insert.
What we are not responsible for…
While we do our best to watch out for these during processing, Handwrytten is not responsible for the following items included in client submissions:
- Spelling, grammar, or content errors in customer-submitted text. We may flag noticeable issues when possible, but proofreading is the responsibility of the sender.
- Incorrect or incomplete recipient and return address details provided by the customer.
- Handwrytten is not liable for any issues or delays resulting from customer data that is incomplete, inaccurate, or improperly formatted.
Please also note:
Handwrytten cannot be held liable for lost, stolen, or delayed mail once it has been handed off to the United States Postal Service. Our mailed cards (without boxes) are sent via standard first-class mail, which does not include tracking.

Cookie Mailers: Address Accuracy and Returns
Please verify all recipient and return addresses before placing your order, including apartment, suite, and unit numbers.
If a cookie mailer is returned to sender because the recipient address you supplied was incorrect, incomplete, or outdated, all charges for that mailer are nonrefundable. This includes the cookies, handwritten card, packaging, shipping, and handling. A return to sender does not qualify for a refund under the Handwrytten Guarantee.
This exclusion applies only to mailers affected by customer-provided address errors. It does not apply to an addressing or fulfillment error by Handwrytten or limit any rights or refunds required by applicable law.
