Whether you’re looking to download a past invoice or want future ones sent directly to your inbox, here’s how to get what you need—fast.

How to Download Invoices from Past Orders

Log in to your account
Visit handwrytten.com and sign in with your email and password.

Head to Past Orders
Once logged in, navigate to the Past Orders section in your account dashboard.

Locate your order
Browse your order history or search by order number to find the invoice you need.

 

Click “Download Invoice”

Next to each order, you’ll see a Download Invoice button. Click it to instantly download a PDF copy to your device.


For Bulk Orders

If you placed a bulk order, look for the Transaction ID button next to the order. Click it to download your invoice as a PDF instantly.


📝 Pro Tip: Create a dedicated folder on your device or cloud storage to keep all your downloaded invoices organized and easy to access whenever needed.


Automatically Receive Invoices via Email

Want your invoices delivered straight to your inbox after every purchase? Here’s how to enable that setting:

Log in to your account

Sign in at handwrytten.com using your email and password.

Verify your email address

Make sure your account email is correct—this is where your invoices will be sent.
To check or update it:

  • Click your name in the dropdown menu
  • Your current email will appear at the top
  • If changes are needed, scroll down and select Change Email and make any needed adjustments

Go to Payment Options

Click the dropdown under your name in the top-right corner, then select Payment Options.

Enable “Attach PDFs to Email”

Find the setting labeled Attach PDFs to Email and toggle it on.

Once enabled, you’ll automatically receive a PDF invoice in your inbox after every purchase—no extra steps needed.

📝 Pro Tip: Double-check your spam or promotions folder after enabling PDF attachments to ensure invoices land in your main inbox—and add Handwrytten’s email to your contacts or safe sender list to avoid missing any important documents

💬 Can I get a summary invoice for multiple orders?
Not at this time. Invoices are sent individually per order. For summaries or special requests, please contact support.

💬 Can I update the billing address on my invoice?
Invoices reflect the billing address on file at the time of purchase. To update your billing info for future orders, go to Physical Address under your account dropdown or contact support. Note: We cannot adjust past invoices.

💬 How long are invoices stored in my account?
Indefinitely! You can access them anytime through your Past Orders.

💬 Can invoices be emailed to a different address?
Invoices are sent to the email linked to your account. To use a different email, update your profile or contact support.

💬 What format are invoices in?
All invoices are delivered as PDFs—easy to save, print, or share.
