Subscriptions at Handwrytten are a great option for users who continually send several cards each month. We have three plans tailored to help you receive monthly credits and discounts. All plans reset on the 30-day anniversary of joining and can be canceled at any time.
With each plan, you get a set number of free cards every 30 days, then you will receive a discount on any additional cards you send in that time period. We offer three plans with varying benefits: Silver, Gold, and Platinum.

Subscribing to a plan and managing it can be done in a few simple steps. Follow the video or the steps below to get started!
1. Go to handwrytten.com and sign in to your account in the upper right corner. If you don’t have an account yet, you can create one by clicking the orange “Sign Up” button.
2. Navigate to your account settings by clicking on your name in the upper right corner and selecting “Account Settings” from the drop-down menu.
3. Under the Subscription section, click the orange “Subscribe Now” button to view our three available plans.
4. Here you will see our three subscription plans: Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Choose the plan that works best for you.
5. Once you have chosen a plan, scroll down, and select your payment method. Either input new card information or select a card you already have on file. Note: You cannot use pre-paid Credits to purchase a subscription.
Then click “Subscribe” to officially become a Handwrytten subscriber.
You will receive a confirmation email letting you know that you are officially subscribed! Your discounts will be applied immediately to your account and you can start sending cards whenever you are ready.
How do I unsubscribe?
You can automatically unsubscribe under the Subscription section in your account settings. Any unused credits and discounts will expire at the next renewal date.
Do unsent cards roll-over to the next month?
We do not allow rollover cards or credits on the subscription plan. If you would like to purchase non-expiring credits in bulk, please reach out to email@example.com and we will connect you with our sales team.
Does my subscription discount apply to bulk discounts as well?
Yes! The base discount in your plan is applied to both single and bulk orders.
Is postage included in my subscription?
Yes! Postage and tax are included with the plan. International postage may use more credits, reducing total cards included per month.
How do I upgrade my subscription?
To upgrade your subscription, please visit the Subscription section in your account settings and select the “edit” button next to your current subscription plan.
When will I be billed?
Your subscription will renew every 30 days from when you signed up with the subscription plan.
Are gift cards included in the subscription?
Gift cards are not included with the subscription credits. These are charged separately to the payment card on file.
I want to change my subscription plan, but my current plan has not expired. Are there penalties?
There are no penalties for upgrading your subscription and the upgrade will happen instantly.
If I upgrade my subscription before it expires, will I have to pay full price for the upgrade?
Nope! You will only pay the difference between the cost of the two plans.
