1. Log into your Handwrytten account.
2. Click your name in the top-right menu and select Campaign Manager.
3. From the campaign types listed, click Select under Outbound Prospecting.
4. Then click on the Business tab to begin your campaign.
In Campaign Manager, open the “Search By” dropdown menu to select how you’d like to target your business contacts:

Next, refine your list using business-specific filters (all dropdown menus with sub-options):

If a filter is left unselected, the tool will include all options by default.
Once you’ve defined your search and filters:
⚠️ Important: If Records Selected shows 0 out of the available targets, you will not be able to proceed. You must adjust the sliding limit bar to select the number of recipients before continuing.
Select a card that suits your business message:
Write your handwritten note just like any other Handwrytten card.
