Design Services Available at Handwrytten

For customers who want to *prepay for cards, Handwrytten offers design services to make sure your cards are formatted correctly and ready to print. Please visit our Design Specifications page to see the full details of how you can design your own cards.

*Note: Prepaid cards must be ordered in bulk, a minimum of 1,000 cards. Bulk discounts apply.

If you do not have access to design programs or a graphic designer, you can reach out to us at Handwrytten and we can get your cards looking just the way you want!

Basic Design Services at Handwrytten (Included with Prepaid Plans, 600 Cards and Up)

Handwrytten is happy to create ONE full-bleed A2 folded or A7 flat card at no additional fee.  Client must provide completed template for design as found on the Design Specifications page.

Client

• Provide all graphics, images, logos, written content, etc. to be used on the card, already formatted for the card per Design Specifications page
• Specify/provide the layout, fonts, and colors to be used.
• Choose from either a flat A7 (5″x7″) or a folded A2 (4.25″x5.5″) card and use the appropriate template.

Handwrytten

• Handwrytten designers will format all content according to the client’s instructions.
• Handwrytten will provide up to two digital PDF proofs for approval before printing. If design is incorrect, client must provide new template with adjusted content.
• Additional proofs (beyond the two included) are subject to a $100 per proof fee.

Basic Design Services ($150)

Limited on budget? Without a design team? Our designers can provide basic services for a small fee. Details of scope are as follows:

• Handwrytten designers will layout a custom card with provided logo, images and other assets
• Handwrytten will not generate assets or formulate copy
• Handwrytten designers will format all content according to the client’s instructions
• Handwrytten will provide a digital PDF for approval before printing.
• 1 revision (2 total proofs) allowed before printing (layout changes, wording changes, etc.).
• Additional proofs (beyond the two included) are subject to a $100 per proof fee.
• All designs are either A2 or 5×7.  Additional  charge for additional card sizes (5×7 folded, A2 trifold)

Premium Design Services ($250)

For clients requiring more robust design services, Handwrytten can provide a graphic designer to create a custom card with multiple design concepts for you. Premium Design Services start at $250.
